The primary responsibility of the Customer Service position is to handle the needs of the customer and assist the Account Executives as needed .
This is a full-time position that will provide valuable support to our teams. As the daily contact for existing clients, candidate will operate within the team’s client service strategy to ensure high quality service while taking in inbound phone calls, processing change requests, processing billing, providing proof of insurance, claims reporting & any other customer service related tasks.
Candidate MUST have experience with Commercial Auto.
Knowledge of our management system AMS would be a highly desired skill. P & C License is preferred but not required. License will need to be obtained within 45 days of start.
