Great for a first job in the field
Laboratory Support Services (Former Employee) – Lowell, MA – October 9, 2017
Stressful, fast paced. Fresh out of school you are trained to do everything essentially as if you already know how to do the job. Supervisors are great, management is terrible. Culture is diverse, but their motto "patients first in everything we do" is not applied to at least 75% oh the hospitals by staff members. The hardest part of the job is assuming that you are to do one job, and then find out you were supposed to do something else. When a mistake is made in human error, it is almost as if you never had a clean slate for your job title. The schedule was always disorganized, and you never knew what your job was until the day you came in. Most enjoyable part of the job was gaining experience and that was about it.
disorganized schedule, lack of communication from management to staff
