The Manager, Power and Gas Reliability will have overall responsibility for power and gas fleet reliability. This individual will be a peer to and will work closely with the Plant and Facility Managers to develop and implement processes to maximize the effectiveness of our maintenance resources, maximize our equipment reliability, and minimize our cost while maintaining a culture of safety excellence. The ultimate goal for this individual is to develop and maintain a proactive, conditioned based maintenance program.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, business, science, math or a relevant field and ten or more years of experience in power plant or industrial operations, maintenance, engineering, planning or construction, including five or more years of experience preparing and managing budgets and supervising employees.

Relevant experience beyond 15 years may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Key Qualifications:

*Operating and maintaining conventional gas and coal fired power plants.
*Operating and maintaining a combustion turbine based power plant is a plus.
*Developig and managing a plant or plant department level budget.
*Developing and leading a maintenance planning process.
*Maintenance planning principles, including work package development and PM development.
*Non-destructive examination (NDE), oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, transformer testing, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis, and other applicable PdM tools.
*Developing and implementing CMMS processes.
*Experience with Maximo is a plus.
*Developing and implementing maintenance and reliability based metrics.
*Oversight of a large warehouse.
*Line management experience with a proven track record of safety excellence, solid judgment, decision making, budget management, and environmental stewardship.
*Proven track record of leadership and creating an environment of employee involvement and continuous improvement.
*Proven track record of leading change and in developing and executing strategies to support change.
