My position is per diem and usually at the Va hospital in Lebanon, Pa. They are the nicest people to work with everyone is so helpful there. They are on the ball with everything. They give you breaks when you need them. They are so nice to our veterans.
Sitter positions you have to sit for 8 hours with patients.
It's only a game Focker!! Play at your own risk...You know what you've contributed to your department & the company as a whole, but when its time for your yearly review they come up with nonsense that doesn't make any sense, only to justify a 25 cent per hour increase. They don't care about the people who support their operations & they really need to.
Good for Recruitment When there is Government Agency Work
LCC (Former Employee) – South Florida, FL – December 18, 2017
Great Recruiter, take care, just a little slow in keeping up with needs of Gov't and Company with which contracting for Gov't. HHS had to rush reservations for flights and car rental on Friday for flight Sunday. Make sure all paperwork completed before departing and know how to file for stipends to receive immediately (starting at end of 1st week). Friendly. Responsive. Nice opportunities in Florida. Especially nice in Winter!
Relocation costs and stipend for living provided plus salary
Must keep on your toes, know what's going on, no healthcare coverage provided
Employee (Current Employee) – Orlando, FL – November 27, 2017
Great company that offers different training programs, career growth, flexibility and fun atmosphere. The management team is really focused on helping you to be successful in your career. No micromanagement.
Great people, fun atmosphere, game hour, casual dress
I left a job of 7 years to take a job at Loyal Source. I was never informed it was a temporary job until I started working. Horrible communication and benefits. Insurance is extremely expensive. I was terminated without notice. Don't waste your time this is a horrible company to work for. In 2017 who doesn't want job security!
GI TECHNICIAN (Former Employee) – US Air Force, CO – November 2, 2017
Company Headquarters in another state. In 3 1/2 years only saw regional manager one time when this company was awarded the government contract. The company doesn't care about their employees only the contract.
Shift Lead Youth Care worker/Case Manager (Former Employee) – Alamogordo, NM – October 24, 2017
Loved to talk to the kids and giving then that security that we were there to help and make the days fun for them. Hardest part was watching the kids leave to their new home not because we didn't want them to but because you spend doing daily activities with them that we would get a bit close to them.
Management has an open door all the time. None of them look down on you and will do anything to help you when you need it. Your team has your back so if you're out you won't come back to a pile of work. Very homey atmosphere.
Open communicaton, cross training, waffle Wednesdays
National Recruiter (Current Employee) – Orlando, FL – October 13, 2017
This is not a typical recruitment company. The team is helpful, friendly and they consistently train. Your focus is to provide services for the US Government and their families...and that is a great cause. They focus on giving back to the community by supporting Autism Awareness Organizations in Orlando, which is also awesome. Its very fast paced, busy but also fun. They try to do a lot of extra things for the staff with outings, food, game days, kickball, etc. Some people love those things and others don't think its a big deal....but I think its a great addition to break up the day. They are currently trying a flex Friday schedule where every Friday is a 1/2 day and we are doing this for 6 months. Not a lot of companies will try things like that....
Great culture, great people to work with, Very friendly, noy cut-throat, good communication from Mgt.
General Clerk (Current Employee) – Camp Lejeune, NC – October 4, 2017
You are a contractor. Management won't provide HR information. Concerns and issues are not professionally considered or properly investigated. Unprofessional behavior from management and higher positions. Not a professional company to work for and this company is under investigation with the FBI, but no details of why were given to their employees. I'm trying to find another job before contract is expired or more issues arise.
Behavioral Health Nurse (Current Employee) – Omaha, NE – September 6, 2017
My contract was bought out by this company. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone to help me with the transition. It took them weeks to get me information about cost of healthcare benefits because well they are ridiculously priced. Offered me "more" than I was making, but that plus some was taken away from their benefits. It took me weeks to hear back from my point of contact to find out they changed my point of contact and never notified me. They don't care about their employees. They are just lucky the place my contract is at is awesome, because there is no way I would have stayed there if it was for them.
constant observation technician, I cared (Current Employee) – Orlando, FL – September 4, 2017
I worked daily with different patients whose needs ranged from simply helping with meals to interacting with nurses caring for medical tests. Some patients were fragile while others wanted conversation and reassurance.
