Busy and Slightly unorganised
Bond Warehouse Supervisor (Former Employee), Feltham –
Pros: free breakfast and dinners
Cons: long hours, lack of progression
From my time working at LSG Sky Chefs I found that although it is stated in the employee handbook that they like to promote from within, I now know that this is not the case.

My co workers are hard working and under my guideance got the work done "on time every time" I have a hands on approach to my Management always assisting and coaching the team – more...  forward.

I am experienced in Lean Management Practices, Coaching and developing Team Members, working to complex supply demands, Staff appraisals and disciplinary, dealing with Inventory requests, Planning staff working schedules in line with KPI’s.

I have also worked on shift patterns, handovers, team briefings & management meetings.

I hold a current valid Counter Balance Fork Lift Licence

I also hold valid Fire Marshall and Emergency First Aid certificates, and I am DFT Aviation Security Trained (Modules 1 - 12) – less

Pros: free lunch
Cons: uncaring staffs
LSG Sky Chefs was a nice place. They always treated you like a family. But LSG Sky Chefs wasn't always the most enjoyable place, but I didn't mind. I just kept doing my job and moving forward.
