From my time working at LSG Sky Chefs I found that although it is stated in the employee handbook that they like to promote from within, I now know that this is not the case.
My co workers are hard working and under my guideance got the work done "on time every time" I have a hands on approach to my Management always assisting and coaching the team – more... forward.
I am experienced in Lean Management Practices, Coaching and developing Team Members, working to complex supply demands, Staff appraisals and disciplinary, dealing with Inventory requests, Planning staff working schedules in line with KPI’s.
I have also worked on shift patterns, handovers, team briefings & management meetings.
I hold a current valid Counter Balance Fork Lift Licence
I also hold valid Fire Marshall and Emergency First Aid certificates, and I am DFT Aviation Security Trained (Modules 1 - 12) – less

LSG is a very Good Company that has very little Job security. This Company has Good Lunch Breaks,Payment Methods are Great,But Bad Start off Pay.Also it Give a Good Job experience.

LSG Sky Chefs was a nice place. They always treated you like a family. But LSG Sky Chefs wasn't always the most enjoyable place, but I didn't mind. I just kept doing my job and moving forward.
