Very busy but not frantic; everyone treated equally; management and staff mingled regularly as friends as well as business partners; lunchroom/cafeteria economical and inviting; positive attitude with frequent department meetings and activities; on-site and off-site gatherings to promote internal camaraderie. Overall this is not a very stressful place to work. The company does have potential. But the problem is it experiments with business model way too much. Too many new branches opened and shutdown causing tons of lay off, this place is the last place you want to be if job security means anything to you.
