Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Austin, TX – January 11, 2016
This job is good I miss say! But between the screaming supervisor (yes she screams if 3 calls are on hold) and the very low pay with no bonus or compensation is harsh! Not to mention our checks are sometimes "missorted" !
Does not competively pay employees for the work assigned. You can flip burgers for more money with half the stress. Raised rates to customers claiming they are in competition with FedEx and UPS but With half the service.
This work enviroment was really good, the people was great. Management was really good, everything was on point and organized. The pay scale was really low for all the things you had to do in the front desk.
Selling sales (Former Employee) – Austin – December 19, 2014
Company is very greedy when it comes to compensation. Don't let the description steer you wrong. You will not be working on existing accounts. You will have to find your own clients through ice cold calls/canvassing. There is no sales position higher than the entry level sales account manager, so there is no room for advancement. The job itself is very unappealing. Selling mail services to a business. Most companies already use juggernauts like fedex and UPS.
Hope this was helpful.
remote, no micro managing, atmosphere
compensation, managers, expectations too high for position
DRIVER (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – December 7, 2014
I enjoy working for this company because it was quiet inside vehicle, off on weekends and the packages mainly went to same customer daily, I work 7 to 7 Monday thru Friday. delivering packages was easy to do. I get along well with other co workers
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Current Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – November 17, 2014
Pay is good to an extent, but there's no residuals which could kill you in slow months. It's a strange niche market that makes sense for a few smaller companies but not most. Not many company provided leads you most do most of the lead generation yourself.
