Mailroom
Selling sales (Former Employee), AustinDecember 19, 2014
Pros: remote, no micro managing, atmosphere
Cons: compensation, managers, expectations too high for position
Company is very greedy when it comes to compensation. Don't let the description steer you wrong. You will not be working on existing accounts. You will have to find your own clients through ice cold calls/canvassing. There is no sales position higher than the entry level sales account manager, so there is no room for advancement. The job itself is very unappealing. Selling mail services to a business. Most companies already use juggernauts like fedex and UPS.

Hope this was helpful.

DRIVER (Current Employee), Houston, TXDecember 7, 2014
Pros: gifts for job well done
Cons: hours been cut
I enjoy working for this company because it was quiet inside vehicle, off on weekends and the packages mainly went to same customer daily, I work 7 to 7 Monday thru Friday. delivering packages was easy to do. I get along well with other co workers

Nothing special
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Current Employee), Fort Worth, TXNovember 17, 2014
Pay is good to an extent, but there's no residuals which could kill you in slow months. It's a strange niche market that makes sense for a few smaller companies but not most. Not many company provided leads you most do most of the lead generation yourself.

Dying Industry and Poor Management

Struggling company, and poor management. They do not invest in their employees, and can't seem to do anything right for their customers. Ship FedEx, much better quality of service.
