Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  TexasDecember 31, 2016
This job will work you to death , lie about your benefits and your good work ethic, and then give you your walking papers for anything , then you can't get unemployment because they won't give that to you because they are so cheap . Turn around and run very fast . Liars everywhere and noisey what to know what you make and if you make more
Pros
By yourself in the van
Cons
Liars, for themselves no Lunch breaks

Poor Management
Payroll (Former Employee) –  TNDecember 30, 2016
Very poor upper management. No organization. The company has no clue where they are going or how they want to get there. No work/life balance. Want employees to work over 50 hours a week and keep giving you others task due to turnover. They set basically set you up to fail.
Pros
N/A
Cons
Overworked, not enough pay, poor management team

Getting worse
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Oklahoma City, OKNovember 9, 2016
Typical day at work was a nearly 12hr day with 30 min break all day if I was lucky. I also did way too much backtracking from one side of the city to the other. I learned all I need to know within the first 5 years. Management is disorganized and dysfunctional. Some routes get away with not helping other routes when they finish early. Route training is 1 day with 1 of 2 people if the new hire is lucky. The trainer does all of the work and the new hire learns nothing about the route. The new hire ends up asking simple questions from other drivers to do their job.
Pros
None anymore
Cons
Too many to list

driver (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXOctober 5, 2016
The pay is good and good hours but it is very very unorganized. When you think you are about to get off they have you go rescue someone and that adds maybe 2 more hours. They fire and write you up over stupid stuff. They want you to !maintain 15 to 20 stops a hour including if you have apts. Even tho you !might have 12 apt numbers in that one apt complex that apt complex is considered 1 stop.
Pros
You're by yourself all day in a van
Cons
horrible rules, very unorganized

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXSeptember 24, 2016
This place is horrible , they dont pay enough for the work we do. Then when we are out on our route they want to rush us and tell us to speed up. When they never did it before and wouldnt even be able to finish faster then you would. They dont care about you, they just want you to deliver the packages and get back to the station so they could go home early. They dont want u taking breaks and it seems like they always rushing us. We work long hours in the hot sun and deals with other probelms out on the route but they dont care they just want the job done either way it goes. The only time they will call you is when they need you to pick up a day to work to cover themselves . Dont apply here keep looking !!!

You will nevet have a set route.the place is ran by amazon really .u havr to answer to them.and the 4 on and 4 off days is really bad. Cause your days will rotate. Only good thing is your drive they van
And and your alone .but the dispatch watch u allday to see were you are. And if u get done early they will have u go help someone. That is really out there playing games. So your really doing they job to .to much work for the pay .and very unorganized.the turn over rate is bad.they can't keep.drivers.when u get out on your route u mite can't find any of your stops.cause they are in the wrong bags.so u have to pull over and look in the heat .with it should be sorted right.so .if your thinking bout this place run
Pros

Cons

No love lost...
Driver (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXJuly 9, 2016
The only good thing i saw from working here as a driver, was the schedule. The management is questionable. Some dont even know how to communicate effectively or treat their employees like they matter. Million dollar company like amazon, can always afford to hire new people, so anybody is expendable on short notice. Even under a few circumstances, management doesnt even care about the opinions of their employees and it only matters what the big wiggs think who sit up high in their fancy chairs. Even some of the immediate supervisors will claim to "stick up for their employees" but it turns out that some of them havent even been a delivery driver and dont see the stresses that it could sometimes bring. No love lost here when i lost this job.
Pros
Good schedule
Cons
Poor communication and training

Just Don't
Sorter (Current Employee) –  Austin, TXJune 2, 2016
Management doesn't seem to care about employees as long a job gets done. Also loves to put blame on employees. Management won't talk to you unless needs something from you ( even if you ask to talk to them ). The GM also refuses to offer breaks for employees that work 8+ hours because it slows down production. Management hates to do any extra work that they even leave the stuff there for someone else to do.
Pros
Absolutely nothing
Cons
No beaks, no raises

Fun but very low pay for Austin
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXJanuary 11, 2016
This job is good I miss say! But between the screaming supervisor (yes she screams if 3 calls are on hold) and the very low pay with no bonus or compensation is harsh! Not to mention our checks are sometimes "missorted" !
Pros
Nice work environment, good schedule
Cons
Low pay; screaming supervisor

Does not competively pay employees for the work assigned. You can flip burgers for more money with half the stress. Raised rates to customers claiming they are in competition with FedEx and UPS but With half the service.
Pros
Always hiring.
Cons
Subpar Company

Mailroom
Selling sales (Former Employee) –  AustinDecember 19, 2014
Company is very greedy when it comes to compensation. Don't let the description steer you wrong. You will not be working on existing accounts. You will have to find your own clients through ice cold calls/canvassing. There is no sales position higher than the entry level sales account manager, so there is no room for advancement. The job itself is very unappealing. Selling mail services to a business. Most companies already use juggernauts like fedex and UPS.

Hope this was helpful.
Pros
Remote, no micro managing, atmosphere
Cons
compensation, managers, expectations too high for position

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXNovember 17, 2014
Pay is good to an extent, but there's no residuals which could kill you in slow months. It's a strange niche market that makes sense for a few smaller companies but not most. Not many company provided leads you most do most of the lead generation yourself.

Struggling company, and poor management. They do not invest in their employees, and can't seem to do anything right for their customers. Ship FedEx, much better quality of service.
