Full time 40 hour job, but overtime is mandatory and the labor is back breaking.

LTD is a great company to work for if you don't mind being on the phone 7 out of the 8 hours you're scheduled. This company will NOT take into consideration that you have a family, and lacks uniformity, as far as rules and regulations are concerned.

Great place to work for people who do not have much to do with their personal lives. While they do provide great pay, benefits, and advancements, they do not accommodate for those who need to balance their work and personal lives correctly

50 incoming to 50 outgoing calls a day asisting customers with their order. Learned new programs on the computer. Hardest part of the job was when I had to leave du o transportation.

A typical day at work was fun-filled and a day never went by where I didn't get a chance to help a customer. The atmosphere is laid back and co-workers are more than willing to help. What a wonderful place to develop and grow.

Very good company to work for. They care about there employees needs and reward them for doing a good job even thow the employee should be doing there best.

A typical work day at LTD Commodities was always settled. I come to work on time, log into my phone, log into my computer and pull all my tools up for what I may need on my calls and start working. My Co=workers were really fun and it was great working with alot of them, it gets you through your day. As long as Im doin my job correctly, I never had – more... to be supervised or watched over. Everyone respected everyone and always helped one another. I am a fast-learner so once I know my job duties down packed, it only gets easier. One of the enjoyable parts of my day was being on the phone with a Customer to help find products with them that would most suite their preference better. It was always my pleasure helping a customer to get the best out of our Company, which was never a hassle. – less

A typical work day is getting there a little bit early and drinking some coffee from the cafeteria. What I learned is to be able to multitask and place orders and cross search an item all while on a telephone call that is only supposed to be no more than 4-5 minutes. The management was amazing they had a pumpkin decorating contest for halloween and – more... for Thanksgiving they had a big dinner for the whole company. The hardest part of the job was to be able to tune out the rest of the department when everyone is on the phone with customers. The most enjoyable part of the job was to be able to help someone with an order that might have been an emergency. – less

I was there seasonal for the holidays and i never knew who my supervisor was and when since i was temp they didn't let us temps know our end day so it was a total shock when that day did come they let us come in to work for 2 hours thn sent us on our way

overall good environment to work. Pay was minimal and barely enough to cover expenses and work was only seasonal and not guaranteed hours. However, the company would do a lot of random things for the employees as a "thank you."

Daily task involve working with a large quantity and variety of prospective samples for catalog and internet.

Keeping up with trends and obtaining new and hot product for the catalog.

Working with vendor issues and cost.

Work Enviorment is friendly.

My daily duty is to print out item descriptions for our inspection department to go through different skids and check that the items meet all their requirements. When all the items are checked I take the item’s info and clear it to be sold and remove it from the inspection database.

Learned that quality assurance is more important than quantity. The customer is most important in any aspect. Had to learn the customer from a brief conversation over the phone. And give excellent customer service at all times.

i always enjoy working at ltd great communication skills there and friendly environment.

Liked the job. Got to meet a lot of people there. Supervisiors were great.

My co-workers were the most amazing people. Everyone gave each other a helping hand if need be and were always there, even to just lend a ear. It was a great environment to be apart of.

Great company, great management team, care about their employees

Taking boxes and placing them in correct locations. Then opening boxes of material and placing material into correct locations. Management was ok, only problems were with language. Most supervisors or lead personell were hispanic. I enjoyed making my area clean and making sure material was in correct locations. I get along with most of my co-workers.
