The manager and employees were great to work with.
I worked there for about 3.5 yrs and I never had any complaints.

it was an okay place to work lots of hard work standing on your feet walking around washing dishes and things like that

 Maintain cashregister.
 Prepare and maintain the serving areas.
 Organize and stock salad bar.
 Design desserts for the dessert area.
 Greet and serve customers as they proceed through the line.
 During closing, clean and stock the service areas in preparation for the next business day.

One thing i took away from lubys is that the company really strives on cleaniness and procedures. But the downfall is you have to work 70 hrs a week and there is no time for work and life balance

I worked from 8 am to 9 pm, and enjoyed every minute of it. I learned that if you want more you have to give more of yourself. The Managers were great and trained me well. Most of the co-workers were willing to help as I did not catch on fast enough and would get backed up. The hardest part of my job was, oh wait I did not have any hard parts. The most – more...  enjoyable part of the job was meeting so many diffrent people, some nice and some not so nice. But overall I really loved that job. Work as a coffee hostess and then graduated to cashire, checker, then using data to communicate with clients and companies.

that it was graet i wish i could wor there lred more about there company. the people that came in was alwas happy to see us seving has been the best thing i could have done the managers was good never tryed to be over the top like father figers an stayed on me if need it an helo wen i need it
