Not a good company to work for long term. There is no stability, lack of long term planning for success instead short term hire/fire culture with a turnover rate above 50%. The process and training are terrible therefore you wind up working long nights and weekends to spin your wheels to get no where. I do not recommend this company. You make good decisions and bad ones and switching from a great company 22 squared to work for Luckie was a bad one as they are one of those start ups (even after being in business a while) that just doesn't haven't together and instead of fixing the root of the issue they just hire and fire thinking that someone will eventually come in and turn it around, but I don't think the strategy and execution is going to work for them long term.
