When you first start out it may be a bit overwhelming gaining knowledge of all the flooring materials and ways of installation. Along with how to operate the computer system, but repetition and experience, while conducting research on the different materials is the key to success.

Communication between upper management and everyone else is lacking. If you do what you are told, it is most likely wrong. You are then corrected, and told the proper action is something else, and thats wrong also. The best information comes from other reps. If you are new you will have no way to know that, until you have been reprimanded a few times.
