Pros: growing company that likes to hire from within.
Cons: no covered parking, campus is separated into several one-story buildings, communication is somewhat limited among all of them, these glitches are being corrected.
Typically 8-5. Great place to grow -- it's a rapidly growing bio-tech firm. Excellent benefits for fulltime employees. Anyone hired must land on their feet and RUN upon being hired. Having ORACLE knowledge is a huge plus.

As an intern, my typical workday was filled with experiments and writing SOPs. However, on the days when they were no experiments to run it was 8 hours of boredom.
What I really disliked about the company is the job security. Typically if one worked well as an intern, the company more than likely hires them at the end of internship. All I got was, – more... 'We'll call you, don't call us" spiel. – less
