Assistant Customer Service Supervisor, Culver City, CA - January 12, 2015
Lunada BioMedical is an online company that sells a natural supplement to significantly reduce or eliminate menopausal symptoms. My typical day as a customer service supervisor started with opening the office in the morning, getting customer service agents ready for incoming calls, and turn on the phone lines. Depending on the volume of calls and peak hours, my day consisted of answering calls, assisting call agents with escalated calls, and placing orders. My co workers were very friendly and excelled in the "TEAM" concept. Management made themselves available to discuss and resolve issues that may develop. The toughest aspect of this job was dealing with irate customers with intense out of control menopausal symptoms. I was able to quickly resolve these issues with my customer service skills and product knowledge. Because I thrive on challenges and resolutions, the most enjoyable aspect of this job was using my skills to achieve daily goals and ultimately the growth of my skill assets.
