At any interview, you can expect to be there at least an hour or longer. You will be asked corporate interview questions. Do not answer questions pertaining to family or hobbies...sell your professional side. During your interview, you should be given a company Overview, detailed description of the job you are interviewing for (a walk through the dept showing you the job), and a detailed description of the company benefits. When you get a call back for a second interview, you will be asked more corporate questions. I HIGHLY encourage you to ask to spend 3 or 4 hours job shadowing. This gives you a feel for the job, work flow, and the coworkers you will be working with.
