Management could care less about their employees. Very rude and hostile mgmt. Don't be fooled by the name, these people are garbage. I couldn't afford the health insurance. Lousy benefits. You could be very good at your job, but if mgmt. Doesn't like you, your done. Worse company I have ever worked for. I worked for housing and maintenance, worked my but off. No help, I worked alone. The housing Dept is run by young inexperienced snakes.
Sadly enough, it is true. My experience as an RN was dreadful and I tried to ignore the negative comments that I was reading. But It soon dawned on me as to why there are so many job openings in the LSMNJ organization. The average employee stays here for three months and quits. That is how bad it is. My schedule changed daily because of being short staffed and when I refused to work, I was threatened with termination. Employees and residents sleeping in dayrooms so I didn't know who was who. You deserve better.

You deserve better than to work for these dirtbags. No support, aimless meetings, lousy pay, inexperienced and malicious housing crew, odious furniture and constantly changing schedules. Don't believe this review ??? Look at all the openings in this company and ask yourself " Why?" Corporate staff belongs in a cesspool.
To me it was heartbreaking to find out what a low class company LSMNJ really is. If you like working for a group of phony backstabbers, then you will feel right at home. This organization is garbage. I wouldn't let my worst enemy live in a bldg that is run by these slumlords.

Don't be fooled by their mission statement about God's Love and The Holy Spirit. The only thing that this phony organization loves is cash. This company is garbage. And run by inexperienced people who should not be in this line of work. Stay Away!!
The job was very fasted paced and it required hands on work all day. I learned a lot about people in general and the most enjoyable part about the job was watching women and children recover from domestic violence and drug abuse.

Do not be fooled by company name. This company does not support their mission or employees. Worked for company for over 10 years solely on the basis of helping those in need. Underpays employees while upper corporate management benefits financially. Does not value hardworking, longstanding employees. Poor communication and corporate management. You will always be treated as replaceable. Frequent turnovers. Poor leadership. Lack of respect for vendors and employees. Company has nothing to offer which is a representative of corporate team.
I lead a team that maintained eight scattered properties in the Trenton area. There was a back log of work orders and empty units to turnover but with a little prioritizing we were able to get on top of it all. The guys I worked with had good attitudes and learned quickly. Management did a great job of recognizing our achievements and making us feel important.
