This company offers benefits for the employees. The medical benefits are very high for the wage the employee is paid, especially in the Northern California region. The company keeps information away from the employees and there are many turnovers, including with the management ranks. This clearly is not a good sign. A revolving door policy is a very negative message to prospects seeking employment at Lux. Improvements are being made gradually, yet after some employees left their job, realizing a better benefits and wage structure elsewhere, while applying the same skill. Many gray areas to be worked out. The whole industry suffers. Comprehensive improvements are necessary.
