Pros: great building (has a cheap gym for employees), good work/life balance, good benefits
Cons: low pay, bad career development
Culture is easy going and there is always "tomorrow" to get stuff done. Work/life balance is great. A lot of people work their 40 and leave; if you work 45-50 hours a week you stand out as a high performer. Pay is not very good. But, they have good benefits. They have 401k match (which they don't always do) and a solid pension plan.
