Terrible place of business

If you like to work long hours, this is for you. The company clearly doesn’t appreciate the work that is done here. They expect you to bend over backwards for them but in return do nothing for you. The management is a complete joke. There is nepotism, favoritism, and people are protected regardless of what they do or don’t do. Don’t even get me started on job advancement because there is none. They ALWAYS hire people on the outside regardless of the people here who want to move up and advance there career. Not a good place of business, management and the CEO need to improve, and take care of its employees who actually want to make a change at lyons.
