It's ok for retail. Good base pay, but no incentives
Pros: good base pay, good support from managers, good teamwork environment
Cons: less competitive products, slow-moving company, low incentive pay for retail. politics
Good place to get paid a decent base salary, but the incentive plans were never fair or consistent. There are a lot of business functions the bank handles so there's lots of different avenues to go, but like most banks, its hard to get out of retail.
