The Metabolic Specialist will perform assessments including VO2max, body composition, and resting metabolic rate. Knowledge and application of various exercise components including foam rolling, exercise band stretches, strength training and interval training is required.
Previous experience working with adult and older adult populations is desired. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree or be actively pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in exercise science or related field. He/she must have a certification through a credentialed organization such as ACE, ACSM, NASM etc. This is a part time position seeking an individual to work 2 days per week in the lab (10-20 hours). Knowledge of mobile devices and technology as they apply to exercise tracking is a plus.
