SUMMARY
Provide Administrative Support to entire office

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMETED TO:

  • Setting up and maintaining filing systems and basic databases as applicable
  • Preparing and typing routine correspondence, form letters and reports
  • Proof reading and editing documents
  • Scheduling appointments & arranging meetings
  • Maintaining calendar and daily schedules
  • Make travel arrangements for management and staff as directed
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Assist other administrative staff with overflow work
  • Answering telephone & routing calls to the appropriate person
  • Distributing incoming mail
  • Acting as backup to other administrators in office as needed
  • Prepare and track shipments with express mail services
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Associate degree with two years equivalent experience or High School Diploma and 4 years equivalent experience
  • Current Driver’s License required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong software skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
  • Excellent telephone skills and professionalism
  • A professional attitude and a desire to succeed
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently, takes initiative, and responds to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment.
