Position located at corporate headquarters in Norwalk, CT at a full-service direct marketing agency which was established in 1995. Job requires daily interaction with both Connecticut and Phoenix, Arizona office staff.
Primary role is to build models and algorithms that generate predictable results and optimize client performance. Potential for managing other QA employees currently on staff.
Responsibilities include using logistic regression, least squares, si-chaid, model (gains), and ad hoc analysis/reconciliation to improve future efforts. Perform gains/variable reconciliations using random, whole list cross-sections. Perform data analysis to track and confirm key metrics, extracts and data feeds. Occasionally analyze new data sources.
QA will use the following “tools” on a regular basis:
- Homegrown SAS macros: multi-tab, gains charts, variable screening
- SQL, via SQL Server Studio or SAS SQL.
