Lighting Manufacturer is seeking a responsible, articulate customer service professional to assist in working directly with their customers. Primary responsibilities will be work with our top customers from the time they submit their purchase order until shipment.
Some of our customers are on the west coast and the hours of this position are 10:30am to 7:00pm EST.
- Provide status updates and leadtimes
- Follow-up on sales order confirmations
- Update orders on internal system
- Work with engineering to answer light technical questions on product
- Miscellaneous administrative duties
- 4-5 years of administrative experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Quickbooks
- Lighting experience a plus
