Job Duties:

  • Office management tasks including ordering office supplies, organizing company events/lunches, keeping the office running smoothly
  • Assisting Controller with finance tasks including data entry, preparing powerpoints, filing, HR/benefit administration, expense report review/management, invoicing, bank deposits
  • Other projects as needed

Experience/Skills:

  • Quickbooks experience preferred, but training can be provided
  • Previous office admin experience REQUIRED
  • Must be familiar and proficient with the basics in Microsoft Office
  • MUST be extremely detail oriented, well organized and dependable
  • Hours can be flexible but MUST be dependable and commit to a schedule
