MS-IL is looking for a Bilingual (Mandarin) Call Center Representative for a night shift position!! The hours for this opportunity will range between 7p-7a. Candidates for this position should be fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Overview:
Contract-to-hire
Night shift (7p-7a)
Pay up to $17/hr

This is a phone queue environment interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints with strong focus on client experience. Responsibilities include determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. Posses charismatic, empathetic client engagement skills. Has customer service or call center experience. Skills, include accurate documentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as adjusting bills
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes
  • Solicit sale of new or additional services or products

Skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Critical thinking
  • Trending and analytics

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service
  • 3 Years Experience In A Call Center Environment
  • Fluent in English/Mandarin

Candidates will be tested on Typing and Customer Service Skills
