We are a well established Software Company located in Gramercy. Currently, we are seeking qualified and self-motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and is a team player. The position is full-time and available immediately.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to technical support request via phone and/or email
- Identify and replicate problems and suggest viable solutions
- Learn and understand appropriate software and hardware supported by firm
- Recognize and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Monitor and follow up all requests from submission to resolution
- Remain current with system information, changes and updates
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical team members
- Operate and communicate effectively while under pressure
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; majored in Computer Science or related IT field preferred
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the IT field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus
