Site Lead/Manager Position Description

This is a full-time Site Lead/Manager position to be performed at our Client Site at Camp Robinson, AR.

The Site Lead/Manager will oversee a team of professional distributed learning (DL) developers for DL content development and DL online portal operations.

The Manager will perform the following responsibilities:
Provide timely, disciplined, methodical, and reproducible professional support.
Coordinate with government to identify "areas of concern;" clarify, verify, and document requirements; determine if plans are sufficient to fulfill documented requirements; oversee development of distributed learning content.
Summarize and report conclusions, recommendations, and other significant findings

Site Lead/Manager Education, Experience and Skills Required

Bachelor's degree with related work experience, master's degree preferred.

Ten 10+ years work experience as a project manager for $50M+ projects

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software

Strong knowledge of technologies associated with DL content development and access including content development systems and learning content management systems associated with the ARNG and U.S. Army DL programs

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong ability to analyze issues and provide recommendations.

Strong ability to manage projects to requirements for cost, schedule, and deliverables.

Experience with U.S. Army and ARNG DL programs and individual and collective training standards and doctrines.

Experience managing large DL content development projects.
