Provides electronic entry of incoming documents from client departments and individuals assigned to those clients, as well as provides transmittal of data for production batch input. Electronic input of data from internal and external sources.
This is a full-time position
- Responsible for editing, processing (data entry) and distribution of client reports.
- Consults with team members in providing needed information for keying process
- Adheres to strict scheduled to meet client deadlines
- Maintains program layout documentation of system programs and data entry reports
- Electronic input of information from internal and external sources
- Electronic input from paper-based, electronic, and phone sources
- Handles complex functions or transactions that require error-free work
- May coordinate or assist the workflow of team members to assigned job
- Responsible for compiling new job folder packets and coordinate teams to work off-site
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years related job experience or training
- Must own reliable transportation
- Must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
