This role is to support the CEO in day to day activities and to manage and organize the company's headquarters. Growth-oriented candidates only. No lifetime assistants please.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the CEO in all daily activities.
Receives and directs all visitors and incoming calls.
Coordinates staff meetings, hiring interviews and company-wide schedule.
Make travel arrangements; completes and processes Travel Expense Reports.
Tracks and codes department invoices, reimbursements, and office supply orders.
Able to create dazzling creative powerpoint presentations.
Able to grow with the job and expand your skill set
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college
Positive, happy personality
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent organization, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization confidently and professionally
Able to think on your feet effectively in a fast paced environment and take initiatives
Strong Excel, Powerpoint skills
Spanish and/or Mandarin a plus
