Customer Service Representative/Call Center, Bolingbrook, IL - February 25, 2016
Working here consisted of leaving personal problems out the door before coming in. Log in to my computer and phone and prepare to serve our customers. Managers keep track of our calls, times off the phones, emails answered as clearly notified during the interview; that's what we paid to do. The hardest part was probably making our customers happy when they had no intentions of cooperating. Having to control our anger in order to provide the best customer service possible. The most enjoyable part was probably coming to an agreement with an irate customer and getting thank you emails about the service. Not to mention, great pay and comprehensive supervisors since my schedule for school got in the way a few times.
