Pros: relative freedom to administer a program.
Cons: hq is in virginia and my work is in utah.
Great work environmental and support from the home office. Commute from Salt Lake City is tough. Program supports mitigation of military activities on the flora and fauna of Dugway Proving Ground.

Pros: everyone was professional and did their job as an adult.
Cons: the wage was low (however it raised after i left)
The only downside was the distance I had to travel for work. This was my issue since I took the job. The pay was raised after I left. However corporate culture and the co-workers were top notch. There – more... was no weak link. When there was a promotion, some of the head guys would come down and show their appreciation for the employee and congratulate them on the promotion. It reminded me of the best parts of being in the military. – less
