Office Assistant (Former Employee) – Madera, CA – July 14, 2017
As a Volunteer Offie Assistant I was assigned to minor duties within the office. Such as, filing confidential or non confidential files, assembling new employee binders with policies and regulations, mailing out correspondence, corrected correspondence in spanish to inform the community of upcoming events. Within Madera County Office of Education I learned how to work with different supervisors/managers at a time. The most enjoyable part of volunteering there was to be able to gain professional experience by observing HR employees.
