The Customer Service / Sales Support’s primary responsibilities include, Sample requests, answering phones, qualifying customer needs with order acknowledgements, order entry for sample material, also proficiency in database for sample requests, quoting orders, resolving complaints and returns. Maintain monthly sales and complaint Excel spreadsheet. In addition, attend trade shows on an as needed basis.
