Very hard work environment to fit in. I never felt accepted. Not a friendly environment.
Accounts Payable Coordinator (Former Employee) – Augusta, ME – February 11, 2013
I received little training in a field that was indepth. I was told that it takes 6 months to fully learn the job, but was let go at 2 months. Favortisim is definetly a huge problem along with management talking about you on the floor with other employees. The work load was tremendous and management and other employees were continuously nagging at me. It was like being set up to fail.
Medical Assistant (Current Employee) – Augusta, ME – March 13, 2018
My typical day at Nephrology is prepping the schedule/patients for the doctor. Completing controls to preform testing on patients urine samples. Rooming patients, vitals, collecting medical information. Answering phones, faxes. Practicing customer service skills, greeting patients with a smile. The most difficult part of my job is lack of communication between employees, which makes being efficient on the job challenging. At the end of the day the most enjoyable part is making patients happy and knowing they are happy with you.
They are flexible with my schedule when it comes to time off for my family
