There is no typical day- some times I am onboarding new customers, doing industry research, managing writers- never a dull moment.
I've learned that we are really an extension of our customers businesses and I treat what I do for them as if I worked for them. I take care in what I do and I always put the customer first.
The hardest part of the job is collection calls.
Every day I learn something new and it's a great work environment.
