A typical day involved many phone calls to or from patients and doctors' offices, coordinating set ups with DME equipment. I had a great team to learn from and established an even better base for assisting people over the phone. The most challenging thing was probably the occasional difficult patient which was typically resolved quickly with my knack for killing it with kindness. Talking to people everyday, each with their own story and flair was always entertaining and enjoyable.
