Your mission will be:
To open up and expand an underdeveloped territory in Los Angeles focusing on companies above 250 employees.
The Key Performance Objectives:
Work with marketing and partners with Lead Generation to build a prospective pipeline
Learn new technologies to grow into Top Solution Seller
Execute to sales plan and agreed upon activities by meeting or exceeding sales quota
Grow pipeline with net new opportunities utilizing company tools and processes setup to increase collaboration
To be successful you will need:
The ability to balance multiple requirements in a fast paced/unstructured environment
Exceptional listening skills to include hearing what is not said
Strategic thinking as well as tactical execution
