Management and Network Services is a good place to work. We have spent the better part of the 17 years in business working to help build the organization to where it is now. While the organization is growing fairly successfully, it is still a smaller organization and has limited growth opportunities.
Our daily work is motivating employees to give the best they can give as well as altering process to help make a more LEAN organization. Processes give people the ability to complete their jobs in a systematic fashion thus making them less frustrated with their jobs. We continually work on processes to help assist our employees with increasing morale and decreasing frustration.
