Miguel CV
Personal Shopper (Former Employee), MarbellaMay 30, 2014
With over 11 years of professional experience in retail, I can say that the key ingredient in my career is that I always view the shopping experience from the customers' point of view. I have worked in luxury goods, high street fashion, personal shopping and finally sports fashion and goods. My experience has been so far in 3 countries that have a big – more... reputation in retail (Spain, London, UK and Dubai, UAE). My aspiration is to continue this tradition with more brands covering a wider range of responsibilities. – less

Sales Associate (part-time) (Current Employee), San Francisco, CAOctober 15, 2013
Pros: discounts
Cons: short breaks and lunches
The job in itself is okay but not somewhere i would want to stay for years to come. My coworkers are nice and i get along with all of them. However the management could be better. She can be rude at times and doesn't always tell the truth in order to get her way.

High pressure over the employees
Internal Control - Subsidiaries Accountancy (Former Employee), Barcelona, SpainDecember 27, 2012
Pros: free transportation, cheap food
Cons: no breaks, repetitive tasks
This was the second company where I got an internship.
Because of my last job experience, I may say that I am a hard worker, I learn fast and I do have a high capacity of adaptability.
After passing a hard staff selection process to work at Mango, I was excited for working in a multinational company and be part of the subsidiaries department. My expectations – more... were high, but the tasks I afterwards had to develop were lower given my academic experience.
I developed extreme repetitive tasks but, on the other hand, I learned how to use Wintegrate software and I made good connections with my co-workers – less

New experience that I've enjoyed it!
sale assistant (Former Employee), LondonMay 17, 2014
I always made from an usual day a productive one, even in stressful times (when the sales were coming) I tried to spread my energy ( with my co-workers and customers ) and be as useful as I can be ( ensure that goods are well displayed, helping customers to find what they needed, if there were some tensions between my colleagues to help them pass the – more... moment and so on). The best part of the job was interacting with so many, different people, to make them feel special and helping them to enjoy the time in our store, so they could come back with pleasure. Also one of my motto is treat your customer well so you can turn him from a simple customer to a future happy client! – less

Sales advisor and Cashier (Former Employee), Manchester, ENGMarch 23, 2014
Found Mango to be a very pleasant retail environment. Working there taught me how to juggle tasks and work within a busy customer service role as part of a team. The most enjoyable part of the job for me would be the styling of clients and reaching the sales targets.

Working at Mango Store
Sales Representative (Former Employee), SyriaDecember 2, 2013
Pros: meeting new people
Cons: dealing with people is sometimes hard, but you have to put a smile on your face
I love shopping. I love clothes and fashion. So working at Mango was enjoyable, however, I didn't expect there would be challenges. Sometimes, your customers can be rude and as much as you try to and then they are not satisfied. It is important to show your customer that you are willing to help, be patient and most importantly listen to them to understand – more... what they want. A satisfied customer will always come back, and thats what i tried to bring to the Mango team in Syria.
Pros: expanding my network and strengthening my communication skills
