Have fun and get the job done simutaneously
Patient Service Representative (Former Employee), Manhattan, NYJune 19, 2014
On the job I'd encounter all sorts of interactions with all sorts of people day to day. I learned to simply just laugh more, and that it is ok to have fun at work and still get the job done. The managers, supervisors to my self we all got along wonderfully and relied on one another .The hardest part of the job was when someone was sad and having issues – more... at home, Then the up side to that was that we reminded them that no pain last forever and to take all experinces even the bad as a learning experience. So we were not only co-workers we were a family, a team!!! – less

Pros: the management, co - workers
Cons: the union stinks
I work in the Call Center. I have been there 2 years and I think this has been one of my best job experiences yet. mainly because of the work environment. very little drama, Management in the call center is the best . .they are knowledgeable, communicative, encouraging, motivational and really work with you . Probably one of the best working environments – more... ever, and I have been working a long time. – less

Unstrucstructured Embarassing Practice Top to Bottom
Supervisor (Former Employee), NYCJanuary 4, 2013
Pros: looks good on your resume if you can find something to talk about..not a lot though!
Cons: embarrased to say that i even worked here epecially the negative work environment top to bottom.
I worked here briefly in a non-existant manager role. Didn't know who I reported to for the first few months. One of the worst organizational structures I've seen to date. Adults who have not grown up and who are still acting as kids who were raised by no parents. Bullies, lack of self esteem, who will reject anyone who comes aboard with the concept – more... of contributing. hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. Typical hire your buddy job, place them in multiple roles, manager/consultant/board...Human Resources Manager took the "human" out of the department.Rude unprofessional staff especially in front of patients. – less

Manger, Credentialing/Malpractice (Former Employee), 1212 6th AvenueAugust 23, 2012
Pros: convenient location, friendly atmosphere
Cons: scheduling
A very nice place to work. Lasting friendship were built from my time there. Co-workers are great as well as the physicians and allied health professional. The most challenging part of the job was accessing all physicians within the same time, otherwise I loved working there
