Cons: cut-throat management, family unfriendly.
Vey poorly organized senior management who pass off their shortcomings onto junior employees.
Disingenuous job advertising: offering full time positions with excellent compensation with the intention of treating the employee as a contract worker and dismissing them once the job is done. This attracts highly competent talent and saves the company money.
