Hot garbage fire
Senior Art Director (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILMay 17, 2017
Manifest as a company has no mission, no culture, and no working relationship between the bodies in the trenches and management. While I worked with some talented people there, we were mismanaged, underpaid, and consistently fed expectations from leadership that never came to fruition.
Pros
Nope
Cons
The whole enchilada

Lot's of Happy Hours to disguise the faults.
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Washington City, DCDecember 22, 2016
Would not recommend. Future is uncertain. Not a company I would invest any time with. Creative direction was shaky and President and CEO who closed our DC office has since been fired.

Great place to work for digital
Marketing (Current Employee) –  New York, NYSeptember 30, 2016
The companies main focus seems to be digital and UX. They do happy hours once a week which is nice but not very social besides that.

Vice President, Business Development (Former Employee) –  New York, NYAugust 16, 2016
Manifest is a next generation, content driven UX agency. The company has 5 offices around the country and almost 400 employees. They have a separate division totally dedicated to the healthcare and pharma businesses.

It was a fun internship
Managing Editor (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILApril 21, 2016
It was a fun internship. We were located in a client's office, in a suburb of Chicago. The team of interns was great - however, I felt that sometimes the managers were a bit lost.

Dealing with mergers
Print Production (Current Employee) –  Phoenix, AZMarch 3, 2016
One of the best things about working at Manifest is that you get to work on big name national accounts like The Ritz-Carlton, UPS, Amtrak, Honda/Acura, CBS Television, Aon, The Cleveland Clinic, Baylor Health, CDW, CNET, Fidelity, WebMD, plus many others. On the other hand, the company has been through multiple mergers over the last four plus years which has created great uncertainty. Manifest is a great place to get experience, but because of the chaotic culture, many find it a difficult place to make long term career plans.
Pros
Excellent national client accounts to work on
Cons
Uncertainty that comes with mergers
