My day would start at 5am, the first one there and the last to leave. I loved my job. First check resort check-in and check-outs. The details of the day. Get housekeeper boards ready. Wall all halls and report to maintenance. I had a good group of housekeepers, and housemen. The hardest part was some days giving the housekeepers and easy day. I called my department "The Back of the House" because we were the back bone of the resort and it was our job to keep our guest happy and returning year after year.
