MY DUTIES IN MARC JACOBS:

Responsible for managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Do and analyzing reports for head office, Bicester village
Manage – more... money and do banking and reports reconciliations for account office
Interview and hiring staff
Evaluate regularly sales associates with one to one and meetings.
Communicate and updates with Bicester village retail management
Managing stock levels – prepare and sending off re-order files
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales in order to achieve daily/weekly/monthly budget
Keep up to date information about all competitors such prices, promotions and products and Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
Organize and manage stock room controllers and keep the right product and quantities in the right place and time analyzing the current stock levels, best sellers
Dealing with staffing issues such as ensuring that store has appropriate shop floor cover, as well as providing or organizing training and development
Ensuring standards for quality, such as cleanliness, merchandising, staff appearance (uniform, personal hygiene), customer service and health and safety are met
Responding to customer complaints and comments and Dealing with sales
Propose special promotions to the store manager and organize displays
Manage customer database and newsletter and prepare and send promotions and latest arrivals to all customers via e-mail
Attending and chairing meetings when store manager is not available
Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues – less
