Beginning of next year I could be working at Marcus & Millichap as a first time Broker. I was wondering what I can expect at Marcus & Millichap and as a first time broker? I have heard that in the beginning there is a tremendous amount of cold calls and don't expect a commission for about the first 12-18 months unless you get lucky.
For those of you who received there first commission only a few months after being hired in; was it because you got lucky or what?
