Marin Medical Practice Concepts, Inc. (MMPC) is seeking to hire a full-time experienced Systems Integration Engineer. The Systems Integration Engineer is a technical position in the MMPC Systems group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include the coding of standard and non-standard HL7 interfaces and file transfers through interface engine product (ConnectR). Working with IT Application Analysts and external software vendors, the Systems Integration Engineer determines the document interface requirements, and builds and configures data translators, connectors and routers. Responsibilities include the deployment, testing and maintenance of real time and batch interfaces. In addition to system integration, this position may involve the installation and support of other application software, as well as the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL databases. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, day-shift.

The Systems Integration Engineer will be responsible for development of interfaces between legacy systems and the Allscripts EMR modules. She/he will need to act as a liaison, working with both vendors and end users during development, implementation, and support to meet project goals and needs. She/he should be knowledgeable about Healthcare industry policies, procedures, and business operations that relate to EHRs. Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, testing and other technical issues associated with the interfaces. Responsible for producing standard documentation for interfaces (Business requirements, end to end diagrams and mapping document).
