Seeking an energetic and motivated Account Executive to represent Mario Badescu Skin Care in the New Jersey / Pennsylvania territory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing and motivating existing accounts, opening new accounts, and executing event & sales expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, productivity and brand awareness in retail locations
  • Maintain a clear and concise communication network with MB Corporate Supervisors, Counter Managers and Store Management teams
  • Proactively manage assignments and multitask
  • Prioritize schedule to ensure top door down approach including like call-cycle
  • Plan and execute promotional sales activities
  • Execute corporate strategies: event collateral and GWP’s
  • Coach event expectations: pre-sell, appointments and sales goals
  • Lead and sell by example
  • Maintain and portray professional image

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the beauty industry as an Account Executive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a go-getter personality comfortable working in new locations
  • Work remotely & have ability to travel 50% of the time between client locations
  • Ability to present effectively one-on-one and in small groups
  • Computer proficiency: email, Microsoft Works, Excel and Power Point
  • Top notch customer service skills
  • Esthetics license a plus
