I did telephone (customer satisfaction) surveys for large financial institutions as well as other special products. Calls were high volume, outgoing and on an auto-dialer. Nothing to it on the phone the whole shift talking to customers nobody really tells you anything.

I had fun working for this company but there is a lot of repetitive actions going on which makes it hard to do for long period of time.

My goal was to try to get every call to complete the survey. I was able to utilize my interpersonal skills along with my outgoing, positive attitude, and resulted in 88%-90% completes. I enjoy being good. We made our own schedule that was the best!!!

Not enough work and more hours cut than scheduled. It was an okay place to work if you are a college student.
