Always interesting and always changing but it seemed that the rate of change in the company was more than some could handle or were comfortable with, resulting in more turnover than one would expect of a successful firm. There was never a shortage of support or a willingness on the part of co-workers to help or to lend a hand. Very deep and wide experience level in the industry but personal and professional development took a back seat to production and the results of managment by knee-jerk reaction because of understaffing. Planning takes place but is thin on substance and fat on form. The salary structure is adequate and competitive.
