I came in to find out if they were hiring, got my application very easy. The assistant manager explain in detail, and was very open to telling me what they had. I had to come back to change my number on my app. And they saw I wanted the job (very much) and gave me an interview. Had an hour interview (mainly so the manager could tell me what the job was about- so I knew what I was getting into. Which I liked). The manager told me to call back on a certain day and time so I could think over what she told me. I called back on that day and she offered me the job. I went in on the day I was suppose to and got everything I needed done (paperwork and drug test). And started.
There wasn't much of an interview for my position.

I applied for banquet server on an online job seekers website and received a call back for an interview within a week. Went in and had an interview with the banquet coordinator and within 2 days she had called me back to do my background check and drug screen with HR.
